Terms & Condition

The prices are per event. Multiple events will not be covered in a single event booking, irrespective of the duration. If the client is having multiple events covered in one event booking, it needs to be specifically approved and mentioned in the booking.

Dates and timings (if not exact timings, then at least whether it's a morning or evening event) for all the events need to be confirmed to us at least 25 days prior. In case of postpone of the wedding or shoot because of govt. guidelines, the advance amount will be carry forward to further dates. If your wedding gets canceled due to personal reasons, we will not be responsible for providing any refund.

For weddings, the services are till the Vidai or 6 AM morning from the same venue itself and not from a third location like a home. If the provider's team is asked to shoot the homecoming after the Vidai from the wedding venue then additional charges will be applied as mentioned above.

The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, social media, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums, etc.

The provider will employ the best standards for data storage, but in the event of loss or damage of data due to technical fault or natural calamity, the provider's liability is limited to the amount charged for that particular service in that event. In any event, if the provider's team does not reach at the given time by the client or leaves early, a proportional amount will be refunded from the total project amount.

Coverage

  • Photographs taken during the course of the event will be at the discretion of the photographer although every effort will be made to comply with the client’s requirements.
  • For a booking involving a ceremony at a church, temple, religious place, or certain venues, the photographer’s movements may be restricted by the official in charge. The photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view.
  • Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the photographer will not be responsible for photographs not produced due to technical failure.
  • The photographer will not take photos during the wedding breakfast and will use this time to take a break. A meal is not required but appreciated.
  • The photographer will not take photos of guests eating food unless mentioned in the pre-meeting.

Post Production

  • Photos & videos (teaser, reels, highlight) will be delivered within 40 days with editing. Time taken by the client for verification and changes will not be counted in deadlines.
  • Picture selection for album printing must be completed within 30 days of receiving the photo selection link. Album design will take 20 days and printing will take 10 days after approval.
  • After delivery of videos, the couple can provide feedback within 7 days for changes. Later requests will depend on availability.
  • Two reworks are allowed for cinematic film/album designing and one rework for traditional wedding film.
  • Color fading or discoloration over time is not the responsibility of the photographer.
  • The couple must provide a hard drive for RAW data collection at final payment. The agency will not be liable for data loss after one year or 10 days after final delivery.

Deliverables Timeline

  • Raw photos: within 10 days after 90% payment.
  • Photo selection link: within 10 days (valid for 30 days; INR 1000 for renewal).
  • Unlimited edited pictures: valid within 30 days of the wedding.
  • Instagram reels: within 20 days.
  • Wedding teaser: within 25 days.
  • Cinematic highlight: within 30 days.
  • Traditional video: delivered with the printed album.

Cloud Expiry

All photos and videos shared on the cloud will expire one year from the date of delivery. Please download and save before expiry.

Payment

  • If the client stops responding to payment reminders or delays payment, the project status will be changed to temporarily frozen.
  • If due payment is not made on the event day, we will not be responsible for any loss of data.
